The reduction of excess is the main motive in this project.

Linearity and materials here are an expression of my constant search for a diffuse, minimalist space. Simple gentle foldings are used to form the benches and the bar. The kitchen, separated only by a glass wall is inspired by the Japanese restaurants, where the chef is preparing the food in front of the clients.
